Most ordinary people when faced with an ordeal such as this, feel overwhelmed, insecure, and fearful of a legal process that is already stacked against them. People feel they will be labeled for life as a Drunk or Looser as the state run ads mention. I know for myself, I also felt I let a lot of people down such as my family, friends, employer and the least of which myself.
