Charge of Battery in Chicago – Case Dismissed
Neighbors got into a yelling match, and one of the participants hit our client in the face with her keys. Our client then hit back, and was arrested by the police and charged with battery. Our client's case was dismissed after we convinced the State that they would be unable to prove their case in court.
